Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will I receive my order? Orders typically are fulfilled within 2 - 7 business days, 3 business days on average. Please add this to the shipping method you will be choosing. Please order holiday items as early as possible as there will be a significantly higher volume of sales during the holiday season. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail when your package has been shipped, which will include the tracking number for your reference. 

2.  What is your return or exchange policy? Because every product we sell is custom-made just for you, with your name, picture, company logo, or saying, size and color, we cannot accept returns. Please look at the sizing charts on all clothing prior to placing your order. If you have questions, please send a message prior to placing your order. We respond within 12 hours! We are happy to answer all questions and help you make a decision beforehand. Thank you for understanding! 

3. Do you offer faster shipping options? Yes! You have a few shipping options, which include faster delivery. 

4. Do you offer a gift-wrapping option? Because we utilize a fulfillment company, we are unable to offer this service. 

5. Can I purchase shirts or other items in bulk? Yes, you can! We offer discounts on all orders of 50 or above in the same category (i.e.: T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are all in the shirts category). 

6. Do you partner with nonprofit organizations? Yes! It is our pleasure to work with nonprofit organizations serving our communities! We will partner with 501(c)3 organizations (must provide certificate) and donate a %age of our profit on that product to the organization. 

7. How can I submit my logo or artwork? Please e-mail artwork (png or transparent formats) to TDavis@designjunkietees.com. Please include specific instructions, product, color, and your deadline (if applicable). 

8. What type of shirts do you sell? We use the top shirt companies to include American Apparel, Anvil, Bella + Canvas, Next Level and now Champion.

9. Do you silk screen the shirts? No, our printers use the latest DTG print technology. 

10. Can you print on the back of the shirt? Yes! We absolutely can! Back prints are an additional $5.95 and sleeve prints are an additional $2.95.
